You guys are such idiots. How does this show Plague hacking? I give you 100% proof that Apathy hacks, and you don't ban him. Then Plague says he uses a mh to watch replays and you want him banned? Great logic! Keep banging your head against the wall "in the name of Snipers!"
Anyway Relent, I will answer your question, even though you already know the answer and are simply trying to entrap me in some way.
1. East vs Euro has always been a problem, mainly because of the difference in culture. But your question only covers half of the problem: the Euro players have despised the East players just as much as East has despised Euro at times. There are many reasons for a player not liking someone from another server. Back in the day, the feeling from East was that most of Euro was immature and they all hacked. Sadly there were many cases of this, and still are a few stragglers. But having played with and talked to hundreds of Euro players throughout the same time period, I have learned that Euro had (or has) legitimate beef with East players as well. We always were, and still probably are, extremely cocky. The number one complaint from Euros about East to me was, "Why are East players so arrogant?" Euros have felt that East players were just a bunch of arrogant pricks that think they're better than they really are. I think if both sides just came together and realized they had differences, Snipers would be a lot more fun for everyone.
2. I'm not sure what you're asking in the first part of your question. The biggest rivalries between players almost always involved two clans, so it became a clan rivalry. Are you asking about old rivalries, or something else specific? As for Akino and I, most people know the reason behind our "beef". For about 3 years now, Akino has held the belief that I have always hacked, am not who I say I am, and am "killing" Snipers itself. It is ironic that I have been in almost every clan Akino has made, and he has been in almost all of mine. I've led wars for his clans, winning CW after CW. I have replays, too. So one random day, interestingly right after Anima has left, Akino decides that I hack and am killing Snipers. He bans me for a while, until no one can get any evidence against me and he reluctantly unbanned. He has done it three times in total, very recently being the third time he banned and unbanned me. Akino is obsessed with being the best, with being a legend. He has said that he is the "greatest leader", a "Legend of Snipers", as well as "running the show" in East. My only beef with him is that he isn't being honest with himself. He is an older player, but the word legend, in my opinion, only belongs to the VERY BEST players that have ever played. Anyone who has to call himself a legend is probably not one. As for being the greatest leader, I would also disagree. I am no great leader, but at least I recruit new players and teach them how to play Snipers at a high level. Naturally, it's frustrating for me to be accused of maphack by this very person who claims to be among the best at everything, with nothing to show for it. Akino has said, "I am doing great things for Snipers", but every time I ask him what he's done, he just says "$@%! off, hacking scum !" Obviously, I asked for evidence that he MUST have of me after 3 years of on and off accusations to be brought forward, and he has yet to produce anything. That is my beef with Akino.
